Fishtnk Design Factory is a B Corp-certified, design-driven manufacturing company specializing in architectural products and fabrication. Under our brand aaline, we create high-quality lighting and acoustic solutions with a focus on sustainability and craftsmanship.
This is a key leadership position within a growing company that values precision, creativity, and high-quality craft. The Shop Manager will play a critical role in scaling our production capabilities and maintaining our commitment to design excellence.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
What We’re Looking For
Experience in industrial design, architecture, fabrication, woodworking, metalworking, or lighting manufacturing
Experience in project scheduling, task tracking, or shop supervision
Strong understanding of materials and fabrication techniques
Able to interpret design drawings and communicate across teams
Comfortable leading hands-on production while managing schedules
Well-organized, reliable, and collaborative
Experience in Fusion 360, Rhino 3D, Adobe Creative Suite
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Beneficial):
Experience with CNC machines, laser cutters, or 3D CAD software
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Based on experience, to be negotiated
Employment Type: Payroll position with WSIB covered by the company
